In 2009, Melbourne-based Con Kouiroukidis had fifteen years’ construction industry experience behind him, working on high-profile projects, some of which had earned him major awards.

He knew he’d built a strong reputation. It was time to go out on his own.

Oracle Structures was born, and today we’re an expert concrete structure contractor, busy providing efficient and cost-effective construction services across Victoria and South Australia.

We use the industry’s best-available systems, choosing only those that fit your project perfectly. Oracle has the skill, experience, knowledge, workforce – and the widest possible range of inventory – to complete any concrete structure to the highest professional standards.

1994

Nineteen-year-old Con Kouiroukidis starts work in his family’s construction business. His enthusiasm and work ethic see him quickly progress to become a site supervisor, overseeing many landmark Victorian and NSW projects.

1997

Con launches his own construction business and it’s soon a major reinforcement industry contractor. Several of his successful projects received awards.

2009

Con founds Oracle Structures and our inventory and workforce quickly expand. Formwork and concrete operations become part of our growing company’s service offering. Oracle soon provides clients with a full structure package, broadening our industry footprint.

2013

Oracle continues to grow, on the back of several successful high-rise structure projects. We now offer all the sub-services required for constructing a tall tower. Oracle’s estimating department is bolstered and we focus on our temporary works systems, including perimeter screens and jump-form assemblies.

2017

Oracle’s ongoing success allows for further expansion. Our workforce and inventory keep growing, along with our client base and market share. Oracle is recognised for outstanding back-of-house performance and we expand into South Australia where we construct Realm Tower, one of Adelaide’s tallest buildings.
